How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Are your cosmetic products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are cruelty-free and carefully selected to meet quality and safety standards.
Do you restock sold-out items?

Click & Collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Byford studio.
How does Click & Collect work?
Select Click & Collect at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept refunds?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
• Used or opened cosmetic products
• Lash services
Return are only accepted on unused, unopened products and in original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll assess and assist accordingly.
Lash Services
Do you offer refunds on lash services?
No refunds are offered on lash services. If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
What should I do before my lash appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, or residue for best results.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks before a refill is recommended.
